Mapaseka Koetle is a South African actress and businesswoman widely recognized for her long-standing role as Dintle Nyathi on the popular E.tv soapie

Scandal!, a role she has portrayed since 2014. Her compelling screen presence and dynamic performances have made her a familiar and beloved face in South-African television.

A graduate of City Varsity with a National Diploma in acting, Mapaseka has consistently expanded her repertoire across television and film. Most recently, she appeared as Naledi in Adulting Season 3 (Tshedza Pictures, 2025) and featured in the Showmax drama 016 FM (2024).

Her film credits include standout roles in Losing Lerato 2 (2024) as Lolitha, Lenyalo Hase Papadi (2024) as Mpho, How to Ruin Love: The Proposal (2024) as Katlego, and Gereza (2022) as Dorothy Mabetha. She also played the lead in the 2012 Theatre production Show Off.

With over a decade in the industry, Mapaseka continues to impress with her range, professionalism, and depth of character, while also pursuing entrepreneurial ventures alongside her creative career.
